Empowering Community Health
In 2025, our sexual health screening programs reached a record number of residents, achieving a 15% increase in early detection and linkage to care. By providing accessible testing and personalized follow-up, we are dismantling barriers to wellness and directly advancing our mission to ensure health equity for all communities of color in our region.
