Thousands of visitors from around the world came out for 2018 DC Black Pride (May 25-28, 2018) & 2018 DC Capitol Pride (June 7-10, 2018), and with so many events we've compiled some of the most memorable highlights.
DC Black Pride is the first official black gay pride event is the United States. Since 1991, tens of thousands from the DC metro area and beyond gather for special events to acknowledge the progression of the black LGBT community. The success of DC Black Pride inspired the creation of of annual official black pride events in other major cities across the country.

The Sex Review: Pride Edition
The Sex Review was a stimulating discussion about how to prevent the acquisition or transmission of sexually transmitted infections while still enjoying sex. The Sex Review was held at Studio Theater on 14th Street NW. Participants were given K5 Entertainment Pride passes.

Welcome to DC Block Party
Us Helping Us kicked off the DC Black Pride celebrations with the Welcome to DC Block Party at The DENIM Collection. With special appearances by Deja Perez from 93.9 WKYS, DJ MoMoney, Whitman-Walker Health, AIDS Healthcare Foundation, FHI 360, Comfort Zone.

A free event co-presented by The Impulse Group DC and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Us Helping Us provided free confidential HIV/STI testing.
Sunday, May 27
PrEP Meets U=U Brunch
Us Helping Us, the D.C. Department of Health, Gilead, and UCHAPS present a brunch with bottomless mimosas and a discussion about the real possibility of getting to zero new HIV infections through the use of PrEP and antiretroviral therapy. Special guests include trans model and RuPaul’s Drag Race Pit Crew member Laith Ashley, Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood actor/rapper Milan Christopher, and America’s Next Top Model contestant and trans model Isis King. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Blind Whino, 700 Delaware Ave. SW.

Us Helping Us closed out DC Black Pride with testing and prize giveaways at Daryl Wilson's Day Party at Fort DuPont Park.
Saturday, June 9th
2018 Pride Parade
More than 200 contingents consisting of floats, vehicles, marchers, and entertainment will traverse the 1.5 mile route in support of our community.
Sunday, June 10th
2018 Pride Festival
The Pride Festival includes three stages of national and local talent, and will host 300 exhibitors including local community groups and businesses, food vendors, and organizations looking to promote their products and services to our community.
Saturday, June 16th
Baltimore Pride Parade
Baltimore Pride is the GLCCB’s largest fundraising event each year. The GLCCB uses all proceeds generated from Baltimore Pride to help over 800 SGM (sexual & gender minority) individuals each month. This year’s theme, “United We Shine”, is representative of transforming fears into empowerment and embracing community to fight for justice and dignity.

I was haven herpes 2 spreading all over my body even on my private part two. I have had them for about 2 and a bit years(since the first year I got it).
